Returns and refunds

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn't right, here's where you stand.

Orders placed online

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

To cancel, email us at hello@foreverlovelight.co.uk or call 07784 892576. You don't need to give a reason.

Items must come back to us unused and in their original condition and packaging. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you giving us proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to the original payment method.

You pay the cost of returning the items to us unless they're faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We would recommend getting proof of postage, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Items we can't accept back

By law, the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply to:

Pierced jewellery, including earrings, for hygiene reasons — unless it's faulty
Personalised or made-to-order items, including permanent welded jewellery
Sealed cosmetics, skincare and bath products once the seal is broken
Gift cards

None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have 30 days from receiving it to reject it for a full refund. After 30 days we'll offer a repair or replacement.

Please email hello@foreverlovelight.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it. We will cover return postage on faulty items.

Crystals and natural stones are formed in the ground, so variation in colour, shape, size and markings is natural and isn't a fault. We photograph our stock honestly and every piece is unique.

Bought in the shop

The 14-day online cancellation right applies to online orders only. For anything bought in person at the Wynd, we're happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days with your receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Your legal rights on faulty goods are exactly the same either way.
