Delivery

Everything is packed by hand at the shop in Cumbernauld Village.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. We are in the shop most days sorting stock, so orders often go out sooner than that. At very busy times, and in the run-up to Christmas, it can take a little longer — we will always let you know if there's a delay.

Click and collect

Choose collection at checkout and we will have your order ready at the shop, usually within a few hours. We will email you as soon as it's waiting for you. Please bring your order confirmation.

Orders outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.

If something goes wrong

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your order hasn't arrived when you'd expect it to, email hello@foreverlovelight.co.uk or call 07784 892576 and we will chase it up.

Anything fragile is wrapped carefully, but if something arrives damaged please send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll put it right.
