Placing an order

When you place an order you will get an email confirming we have received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order or confirm it's ready to collect.

We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there's been a pricing or description error, or if we can't take payment. If we've already taken payment we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We do our best to keep the site accurate, but if we spot an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatching and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Products

Crystals and natural stones vary in colour, shape, size and markings. Our photographs show representative examples, and the piece you receive will be similar but not identical unless the listing says otherwise.

Our crystals, candles, oils and cards are sold as decorative and wellbeing items. Nothing we sell is a medical device or a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are unwell, please speak to your GP.

Candles, incense, oils and small decorative items are not toys. Please keep them away from children and pets, never leave a burning candle unattended, and follow the safety information supplied.

Workshops, venue hire and permanent jewellery

Bookings for workshops, venue hire and our permanent welded jewellery experience are subject to their own booking terms, which we will give you when you book. Permanent jewellery is fitted to you and is therefore made to order, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once it's been welded.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Our returns policy sits alongside them, and our full delivery terms apply to every order.

General

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you order is the version that applies. These terms are governed by Scots law and any dispute will be dealt with by the Scottish courts.
